Clean and modern feel throughout. Welcomed by front desk after chatting through the app. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine was a fun part of the spread(especially since it was a touches machine!) Coffee, egg omelet and sausage were hot. Overall very happy with my experience there!

All and all it was very pleasant stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good as we all know they can be hit and miss. The room was very nice but a little small, although it was perfect for the one night. I felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot. My only real concern would be staying here in the summer as it does back up to the Eugene/Springfield transfer site (dump). Totally recommend staying here.

So glad we chose Tru by Hilton in Lodi California. Our vacation travels required 3 over night stays to and from our destination. All 3 hotels were newer with all the amenities and pet friendly, all are very nice. But what set Tru above the others is their staff. Never have we been treated with so much kindness and professionalism. Truly the best service ever experienced. The people working for Tru set Hilton above all the others. I recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton Eugene and had a great experience. It’s important to remember this is a Tru property — not a luxury brand like a Conrad — but it absolutely delivers on what it promises. The location is excellent, especially for Ducks fans. You can easily walk to Autzen Stadium for a Saturday afternoon game, which makes it incredibly convenient on busy weekends. Pricing is generally reasonable for the area; however, like all properties in Eugene, rates spike significantly on Duck football game days — so plan accordingly. That said, the walk-to-the-stadium convenience is hard to beat. The hotel itself is spotless. The rooms are modern, efficient, and very clean, with a mini fridge included. The overall design feels like the future of practical travel — streamlined and tech-forward. If you use the Hilton app, you can check in, use digital key access, and realistically get in and out without interacting with anyone beyond the occasional guest in the elevator. It’s efficient without feeling cold. Breakfast is solid and exactly what you’d expect from this category: grab-and-go items, fruit, cold cereal, a rotating hot item like eggs, and the always-entertaining automatic pancake machine. The lobby has a pool table and a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to unwind. A couple of practical notes: The hotel has a large parking lot, but I did not see EV charging stations — something to confirm if you’re driving an electric vehicle. If you choose a north-facing room, you’ll get a nice view of the McKenzie River; however, that side of the hotel is louder due to traffic, so light sleepers may want to request the opposite side. Overall, this is a smart, well-run property that does exactly what it’s designed to do — clean, efficient, well-located, and comfortable. For a Ducks game weekend (when you can walk to Autzen and avoid stadium parking altogether), it’s a strong choice.

Really nice staff, beautiful facility! Very nice hotel! Rooms are super clean and nice and bed is so comfy. The lobby is amazing and decorated for Xmas, and has fun games like a pool table and giant connect 4. They have breakfast and parking here. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Modern and clean. Tones of great amenities. Digital key, electric window shades, pool table in the lobby...and the swing chairs...I was obsessed! Staff was amazing, especially the kind woman who prepped the food. She was kind and approachable. Shared in conversations with her about the hotel, the awesome swing chairs, her time working there and more. She was so kind to my daughter (we were there for her swim meet that weekend) and she gave her candy and congratulations on her swims. TV in room had a cool feature that automatically logs you out of your accounts if you log into any of the apps. Love that! Located only an 8-minute drive from the Willamalane Swim Center making this an awesome choice! Breakfast was satisfying and included eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese, cereal and lots of other items. It was free and fulfilling. Highly recommended!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the property for the fact that it has hardwood flooring. We are super allergic to carpets so rooms with no carpets help a lot with our journey. It’s a great location with decent size rooms & good amenities on the property. If there’s an EV charger on the property, that would be a cherry on the top.

The hotel is easily accessible and looks new. It has a fun vibe and clearly wants to cater to the Millennial / Gen Z hipster types. The lobby invites community gathering with a pool table, ample seating, board games and magazines to borrow. The staff is very welcoming and does a great job. There are warm drinks available 24/7 in the lobby and located in the middle, so you don’t feel being watched by reception. There is also a small “marketplace” with $4 Kraft mac and cheese bowls and a microwave. (No microwaves in the room.) The rooms were slightly disappointing and are the main reason for 4 vs 5 stars. The mattresses are somehow slightly smaller than wooden bed frames, so watch out for your shins hitting the sharp corners. The mattress was too firm for me, kept tossing and turning all night. There is no closet and just an awkward space to hang your clothes over the mini fridge plus hooks on the wall. If you need to hang your pants, there isn’t a space for that. There is a guest laundry but it only has 1 washer and dryer, closes at 11 pm, takes only quarters and cost $4 per wash or dry, which is way too expensive. The breakfast was decent, we didn’t get the pictured assortment of bagels though. The pancake machine is cool but when it’s busy breakfast time and little Johny keeps making 5 pancakes just because he wants to watch it run, this means no one gets pancakes for half an hour. No big loss though because honestly they taste terrible. Overall a cool place to stay if you’re passing by and don’t mind firm beds.
